You can either call our team at 866-716-5486 or use the Contact Us tab. Please be sure to have the Order number that you wish to cancel. Also, please do not include PHI when using the Contact Us tab to cancel an order.

Under the Forms tab, please review the Return Policy to make sure your return meets the eligible criteria. If the product that you’re trying to return falls under these guidelines, then please call our team at 866-716-5486 to receive a Return Authorization.
